From disappointment to delight!

My experience with Temu's online shopping has usually been good. They offer a variety of products like garden items, fashion, home decor, and more. However, unfortunately, three packages got lost. These parcels contained items that I was eager to receive to beautify my home and please my dogs. I patiently waited for Temu to resolve the issue with the courier, but unfortunately, the parcels are lost somewhere in the universe. However, Temu promptly refunded my money into PayPal as I preferred that over store credit. Good job!

They packed everything so neatly, nothing was damaged. Browsing through their app is a dream—so many cool items to choose from and what you see is exactly what you get. No surprises, just pure satisfaction. When I opened the package, I was floored by how amazing everything looked and felt. Definitely gonna be a repeat customer.

I liked buying things on Temu..

I liked buying things on Temu.. no cost for shipping and you can send stuff back if it dont fit. I had fun with Temu Circle .. some of the rewards and games werent great, but a few were actully nice. I was with them for 2 years but spent way to much... they always took care of my returns and shopping here was a really good time. The support chat starts with a robot but if you ask again (maybe 2 times :)) you’ll get a real person. Big thanks to Temu. Thank you .. I give it a 5/star rating !

I've ordered 3 big packages from Temu, all came earlier than expected thanks to their quick shipping and Evri deliveries, with updates all along. Clothing sizes are inconsistent; one sweatshirt was about 3 sizes too big and went to charity. The 3 pairs of earrings were supposed to be 925 sterling silver but weren't; they were labeled as silvery. The arts and crafts section is really good with a lot of variety and good prices. One garden item arrived broken but I got a refund right away.

I enjoy Temu but getting the free stuff can be a bit of a hassle. The whole thing with the $0 items and winning freebies is kind of silly; you can only win if you find new Temu members, which takes forever. Playing Fishland and Farmland for hours to recruit more members is tough, and after being with Temu for a while, it's hard to find new users. So, it feels like a waste of time and effort. But overall, I'm pleased with Temu, the free gifts I got, and my purchases. Thanks!

If you order a small item, you can't expect a luxury experience! Their communication is also good, like keeping me informed about shipping and delivery. Once, I had an issue with a package, and they quickly switched the delivery service to Royal Mail. Temu's website has become my nightly read, and it’s costing me a lot!

I got all my orders, except one blouse which didn't quite fit. The material felt a bit cheap, but the lingerie, nighties, and silk robes are nice. I bought throws for my lounge and they're good quality. The night creams and moisturizers are affordable and comparable to pricier brands. Delivery has been reliable, they email you close to the delivery date so you know when to expect it, more or less. I wish they didn't have a $50 spend limit, $20 would be better.

They never bring them up to the door where it's safer. Thankfully, I work from home so I can grab them quickly, but it's still annoying. I did report it to Temu, but the problem still happens. I hope they fix it soon because everything else about Temu is great.

I always get order confirmations, tracking, and delivery updates. Sometimes got credits when things were late. Canada Post delivers well. At first, I got surprised by materials/sizes but now I'm careful and find good deals. Temu is okay. I'll shop more!

Compared to Amazon, this site is a step closer to direct selling, minus the fees. Most things on Amazon are on Temu for less, though they ship from far away. But returns are pricey if you're not pleased. Keep that in mind. You get what you pay 4.

Замовляю товари на тему вже 6 раз- все приходить вчасно і те що замовляла, але я не ведудусь на ці бонусні акціі і що треба купити прям зараз і негайно. Been using temu since they started, and it’s an absolute great company, especially with the high prices in the UK. Delivery always on time, returns are easy if needed. I like that you can get money back if an item reduces straight into your temu account, which can be used for money off your next buy. The only issue is it’s slightly addicting.
