The raid runs have been awful lately. The group dies over and over on bosses, and some raids end up dragging on for nearly two hours. Even now, about a month into the new season, the price is still higher than it should be. On top of that, every raid this season seems to have 7–8 cloth wearers, including me, while there might only be 1–3 people in plate, mail, or leather, which makes it almost impossible for me to get gear. I’ve run three raids in a row, 24 bosses total, and didn’t get a single piece of gear from any of them. That’s completely unacceptable. They need a better, more efficient raid group and a fairer mix of armor types, something like 4 cloth, mail, plate, and leather wearers each, instead of 70–80% of the raid being cloth and making gearing miserable for everyone else.

The run felt professional and safe with VPN notes explained. I’m happy with the result, but remember there’s always ToS risk you accept.

Fast carry, clear comms

Booked a Destiny 2 dungeon carry, joined their Discord, and we scheduled within the hour. Instructions were crisp, checkpoint routing clean, and loot secured fast. There was a 20 minute delay at start, but comms stayed polite and transparent.

Just finished a dungeon run, and it was a breeze! The whole thing was quick, which is great when you're short on time. Plus, the price was just right, so I didn’t feel like I was breaking the bank. The people I teamed up with were really nice, too. No one gave me a hard time, whether I was jumping in to help or just hanging back. And the best part? I scored an armor piece I can actually use. It would’ve been perfect if I could choose the piece I needed most, but hey, I’m happy with what I got. Overall, a solid experience that I’d definitely do again.

I don't know what's happened

I don't know what's happened to Play-Carry lately, but the raids have been a mess. The wait times are way too long, and they keep pulling bosses before everyone’s ready. It's super frustrating when they don't res people after the Silken Court boss kill. And get this, they’re even kicking folks out of the raid group just to squeeze in other customers for more Queen Ansurek runs. It means we miss out on looting the dead bodies for gear. Play-Carry used to be top-notch, but the last few months have been a huge letdown. Really hoping they get their act together soon.

I can't believe I spent

I can't believe I spent $110 on a heroic run and got almost nothing. They didn't even tell me that 90% of the loot would be on reserve. If I knew my chances for gear were so slim, I would've never paid. Felt like a total rip-off. The whole experience was frustrating, and I won't be using their services again.

Pingpong was very helpful, informative, polite, and professional. It would have been a 5 star review if not for a person typing all caps to yell at a group member that they don’t know how to play the game and suggested players “like me” could kill them during a loss.

Effortlessly navigated my initial order with the company. A seamless experience with Heroic run, although I wished for the ability to access the Discord server for real-time mechanics insights. Executed a mythic+ 20 smoothly; however, the raid was slightly smoother. Overall, a commendable performance.

Overall, the runs went well

Overall, the runs went well. I participated in both a normal and heroic run with two different teams. The heroic run was excellent, with leaders providing clear instructions and maintaining a professional atmosphere. However, the normal group had some issues. There were no instructions on where to AFK during the run or boss fights. While the run completed, it felt like there were some challenges. It's clear that the two teams have different mentalities. I plan to join the heroic team again, as they are always great.

I ordered a piloted PVP

I ordered a piloted PVP service (elite armor) and there was no communication except when I proactively asked for updates from the staff. Additionally, there was no information indicating that the service had to be piloted, and they left the unpiloted service available on the site, potentially causing me to pay more than necessary. They completed the job, but I was left in the dark about when it was finished. They had access to my email and Discord, so some form of notification would have been greatly appreciated.

The group was always running

The group was always running late for both slots. In the first one, we had to keep disbanding to drop our rating, which should have been sorted out beforehand. Then, in the second slot, the group was a total mess, with everyone acting unprofessional and just arguing with each other. Not a great experience.

Unlike pugging, this was actually a pretty good experience. I wasn't the only one doing all the heavy lifting, and it felt like we could all join in when we knew what we were doing and stay back when we weren't so sure. Plus, nobody rage-quit after just one boss attempt. In pugs, it often feels like you spend more time waiting to replace the folks who throw a tantrum and storm off. (I'm not even sure if "tantrumed" is a real word, but you get the idea.)

Думав стартну зразу, перенесли на вечір. Доставили результат, але після покупки додали опцію за доплату. Питайте все наперед, тоді норм.

За вечір +2 ранги

Домовились про час, бустер стрімив і пояснював тактику. Дуже мотивує. Люблю, що можна перемкнутись на коучинг і далі грати самій.

Є різниця між виконавцями

Перша сесія була вогонь, друга - слабша за темпом. Добре, що підтримка оперативно поміняла бустера. Мета досягнута, але не з першого разу.

Прокачка швидка, але ризики є

Замовив дуо-сесію у Valorant, підказки по позиціях топ. Якщо пілот - пам'ятайте про TOS гри. Координатор на зв'язку майже весь час.

Координація чітка і людяна

Спитала про VPN і часові вікна. Відповіли одразу, підібрали слот. Процес прозорий, результат за планом.

Коучинг корисніший за пілот

Кілька годин з тренером дали більше користі. Пілот ризиковий по TOS. Команда відповідає швидко.

Швидко поправили профіль

Нік відобразився криво, написав у сапорт. Підкрутили за хвилини. Навіть не встиг роздратуватись.

Старт для геймерів за хвилину

Залогінився через соцмережу, підв’язав нік і все, готово. Профіль чистий, метрики зручні. Ком’юніті виглядає дружньо, правила читаються легко.

Коучинг і статистика ок

Сподобались підказки по мікроіграх і наочні графіки. Трохи бракує локальних цін, але функціонально все на рівні.
